   This ham has obviously taken a minimum of brine and the smoking is excellent. My wife baked the leg with a pomegranate molasses glaze, resulting in the best ham I have ever eaten. The texture is delicate and the favour subtle, as good as organic ham done back in Europe that blew me away. We'll definitely be back for more.

   Even after glazing and baking the ham was moist. The best ham we've ever had. Thanks for making our family Christmas Day lunch so special.
