1. Best Turkey we ever tasted...

   Delivered on time so we brined it for 48 hours in a mixture of spices, juices and salt water. Cooked with lots of butter and cranberry under the skin and it tasted amazing.
   
   Moist, succulent, beautiful.
   
   Bear in mind cooking time for a high-welfare bird is way lower than advertised times. Use a thermometer. And let it rest 3 hours under foil plus lots of towels for insulation!!

2. Best turkey ever

   I baked this turkey for my in-laws on Christmas Day stuffed with Sam's blood sausage and pork and fennel sausages and wrapped in their pancetta. Consensus was it was the best turkey ever!

   Our turkey was moist and delicious - a fantastic product for our Christmas in July. Thanks also for the fast interstate delivery, due to our tight timeframe!

   I am amazed this bird showed up 3 days before Xmas all safely packed and steady for fridge and finally the oven!
