   The lamb areived via courier as requested, the meat was well packaged and clean and it was well marked and tender and perfect for the spit, at about 14kg I marinated it and salt rubbed it and basted it, and in about 4 and 1/2 hours it was cooked to perfection, it fed 14 hungrys on Christmas day and had plenty left over for a kilogram of lamb korma and the dogs had a feed each (spoilt yes). Excellent meat!

   We cooked the leg of lamb in our Camp Oven way out in the bush..........and it was just fantastic.. Top taste, sooooo tender, and Organic too ! Can't beat that !
