Sam did us proud, served up a delicious buffet turkey delivered fresh to the door. Perfect size for our xmas gathering, and whilst not cheap well worth the extra cost. Smoked our little bird for 3.5 hours too easy, the meat was juicy and full of flavour..thanks Sam, most relaxed xmas for the cook yet.

Again this year the turkey was moist and juicy. I would have liked it a bit bigger but it was sufficient with everything else we had to eat!

I ordered an organic turkey buffet for Christmas. Was delivered on time and was the nicest turkey we have ever had. Beautiful produce and great service.
